With a solid track record in construction and real estate development, Paul Gawryluki leads Outstanding Outcome with commitment and excellence. With over 35 years of experience in residential and commercial projects in Canada, including team management and process optimization in large-scale developments, he brings an innovative and results-driven approach. Now, at the helm of Outstanding Outcome in Portugal, Paul focuses on construction in the Algarve, combining quality, sustainability and sophisticated design to create personalized spaces that redefine the concept of home. With extensive expertise in project and construction management, carpentry, and electrical work, Outstanding Outcome integrates advanced techniques with a strategic vision, ensuring each build reflects excellence, efficiency, and refinement.
Tammy Gawryluki - Project Coordinator
A retired science teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Science, a Bachelor's degree in Education, and a Master's in Educational Administration, enjoyed a career dedicated to helping students achieve sucess. Her experience in leadership, organization and people management has madehighly efficient in project coordination. Tammy loves to travel and have a passion for architectural design and fashion, qualities that enhance her aesthetic vision and attention to detail. With clear communication skills and a keen eye for quality and functionality, each project is executed with precision and creativity. Excited to work with clients directly, by understanding their needs and transforming their ideas into sophisticated, functional and personalized spaces that reflect their dreams and lifestyles. João Andrade - Marketing Assistant
Graduated in Social Communication in Coimbra, complemented by a Master's in Advertising and Marketing, and currently deepening his knowledge in Management at The University of Algarve, João is the driving force behind our digital presence. His background as a Training Technician in Arts and Audiovisuals demonstrates his pedagogical and creative ability, as well as practical knowledge in producing high-quality image and text content.
